• Take your shoes and put them in a bag for the washing machine. This will keep the rest of your clothes clean and free from running shoe foot odor.
• Set the water level on “warm” because you don’t want your shoes to shrink.
• Add half the amount of soap you would use on your own clothes.
• Put in a pinch of baking soda if you like.
• Wash your shoes on the longest spin cycle available so that all the soap is removed.
